CRL Fall 2020
The $50 thousand prize pool tournament runs through the week from Thursday, January 7 to Friday, January 8. In regards to the format, Collegiate Rocket League Fall 2020 is a double-bracket tournament boasting eight top collegiate esports teams. It will also be a long event as every match is a best of seven.
Collegiate esports teams all over North America fought hard to make it to this Rocket League tournament. CRL Fall 2o2o culminates tomorrow following the Eastern and Western Conferences. Although every team looks like a powerhouse, fans will want to watch out for The University of Akron. Ever since the start of 2019, esports team Akron Zips blazed through competition. The Zips won every major tournament and is the titan to beat this week.

Collegiate Esports Teams
- Northwood University
- Akron Zips
- Mizzou
- UNT Esports
- NOVA Nighthawks
- Stockton University
- LSU
- UT Dallas
The first matchups are Northwood vs UT – Dallas, North Texas vs Northern Virginia, Missouri vs Stockton, and Akron vs LSU. All four quarterfinal matches take place tomorrow on January 7. Following the quarterfinals, the collegiate esports matches for the semifinals and two losers brackets will commence. Finally, January 8 hosts losers bracket round 3, losers finals, winners finals, and the grand finals.
Collegiate Rocket League Fall 2020 National Championship is one of the best esports tournaments for colleges to become known. CRL 2020 holds its first Rocket League esports matches tomorrow at 4 PM PST. NU vs UT and UNT vs NOVA start off the series. Fans can watch the event live on Twitch.
