Just as fans calm down from the news of 100 Thieves competing in CS:GO soon, another organization announces their intentions of competing. Dignitas has announced the news with an awesome video on Twitter.
Calling all top #CSGO teams and players. We’re about to change the game.

Dedicated CS:GO fans recognize the name Dignitas. They have a big history of competing in the game. Known as Team Dignitas in the past, they competed for years within CS:GO, finishing third on two occasions, both ESL tournaments. They also won smaller tournaments but sadly left the scene in 2016.
Dignitas’ video in the tweet really is something special. They seem truly dedicated to taking over the CS:GO scene. But who can Dignitas add to their new roster to truly create the dynasty they are creating?
Player pick-ups
Coldzera is the first player that comes to mind. He is known as the best available player in the market right now and would be a fantastic pick up in Dignitas’ return to the scene. If they truly mean what they say, they should work on getting Coldzera, which sends a huge message to other organizations in the league.
Another name mentioned in any roster rumor is Optic Gaming player Konfig. In the tweeted video above, he responded asking for talks to open up between the two parties. It’ll be interesting to see how this develops. Everyone knows about the struggles Optic is having as a company, leaving the door open for Konfig to move to Dignitas.

Another name that may pop up is ex-Rogue player Hiko. Hiko’s contract with Rogue ran out a few months ago and he is still on the lookout for a new team to represent. Hiko is highly experienced and would be a great addition to the roster. Especially if Dignitas chooses to select young talent to start with.
Ex-Luminosity player Boltz is yet another possibility. Boltz tweeted a hint at a possible move to Dignitas after leaving Luminosity earlier this year. If the tweet is to be taken seriously, alongside Konfig’s tweet, then a pairing with Coldzera could be a brilliant start to a roster.

There are many other names out there in the CS:GO scene that Dignitas could pick up for their return. However, unlike 100 Thieves, nobody knows what their budget is going to be. Trying to form a roster without that knowledge is extremely difficult to do. Either way, with 100 Thieves preparing to announce their roster and Dignitas returning to the scene, CS:GO fans have much more to look forward to next season!
