Without a doubt, all eyes were on the Osh-Tekk Warriors’ superstar, EagleX99, who found eight kills against Yalla Esports. The Warriors won the match, dominating against Yalla Esports with a 5-0 and 5-2 score. In another tier of the semis, The Ultimates secured their vital win by pulling a three-versus-one situation. In their first-round playoff against the Osh-Tekk Warriors, The Ultimates’ players won the match 5-3. They also went ahead and continued to dominate in the second round, beating the warriors 5-2. This match quickly ended 2-0 with the Warriors being outwitted 5-3 and 5-2. Their hard-bitten shields could not withstand The Ultimates’ raging fury.
The Ultimates’ Teamwork
In their final game, The Ultimates’ players could have easily lost to NASR if it were not for their teamwork. The first round was effortless, and they comfortably won 5-2. But NASR’s hero Valentino gave the winners a hard time in the second round as he singlehandedly decimated The Ultimates in a match that ended 1-5. Looking to revive themselves in a tensed and fierce elite-level third-round clash, The Ultimates tore down Jordan’s NASR Esports 5-3 winning the tie 2-1.
The Gamers Without Borders Rainbow Six: Siege tournament’s champions, The Ultimates of Saudi Arabia, earned $1.5 million. They donated the funds to King Salman Humanitarian Aid & Relief Centre to fight against COVID-19. Yalla and NASR Esports each won about $62, with Yalla donating to Gavi and NASR donating to International Medical Corps. Fans and esports enthusiasts are all gearing up for the Dota 2 competition that is set to start from May 15 to May 17. Likewise, all competitors will be playing to raise funds to help in combating the spread of the coronavirus.
