After much waiting and lots of speculation, Valve released Dota 2 Immortal Treasure 3 for The International 10 Battle Pass.
The treasure had fans on the edge of their seats trying to guess what will happen. But Valve is known for slow development and lack of communication, so this came as a surprise. In the announcement, it was revealed that The International 10 Battle Pass will be extended for 3 more weeks until October 9.
Immortal Treasure 3
In Immortal Treasure 3, there is a slew of new sets and items for Pugna, Lich, Oracle, Phoenix, Gyrocopter, and Clockwerk. Not to mention there is also the highly-coveted reward of 50 Battle Pass levels.
Clockwerk’s Rabid Watchdog is a weapon now featuring Hookshot effects. Gyrocopter’s B.U.S.T.E.R homing missile item has the missile walking instead of flying.
Lich’s Immortal, Perversions of the BloodWhorl, brings unique animations for his Sinister Gaze skill. Alongside this, Dota 2 Immortal Treasure 3 includes headgear for Oracle, Pugna, and Treant Protector with purifying flame, life drain, and overgrowth effects.

Each treasure opening also offers increasing odds for receiving the 50 Battle Pass levels treasure, a Golden version of the Pugna item, or Phoenix Wings. There is also a very low chance of getting the Emblem of Divinity.
TI10 Battle Pass Extension
In this last phase, TI10 Battle Pass owners can purchase up to two bundles of 60 levels at a 30 percent discount.
When the TI10 Battle Pass ends on the new extended date of October 9, the result of the Arcana vote will be revealed. The final round of the Arcana vote was between Spectre and Faceless Void. Both are purple-colored melee carries who can travel long distances. Besides the hint, “the winner is purple melee carry who can travel distances,” anyone could win.
In recent months, Valve and the TI10 Pass also received lots of controversies. Due to extended downtime in Southeast Asian servers, there was pushback for the battle pass to end. Fans criticized Valve at every step for issues ranging from the quality of the skins to the new wagering systems
The International 10 Prize Pool broke esports news as the largest prize pool in history and soon surpasses $40 million. Fans can only speculate about what Dota 2 content Valve will drop after Immortal Treasure 3.
