Shaq welcomes Clix to NRG Fortnite roster

NRG announced on Twitter the last addition to its Fortnite roster. Cody “Clix” Conrod will now officially join NRG. There was a lot of teasing and mystery around who Clix would play for. He also played a part in this with misleading tweets about joining FaZe Clan. As one of the best players in Fortnite esports, many teams wanted Clix but only NRG succeeded.

Clix keeps on performing well with five qualifications for the Fortnite World Cup. He performed so well that he earned hundreds of thousands of dollars in prizes. Even Kyle “Bugha” Giersdorf was surprised by Clix’s level, praising his skills.

He is a specialist in speed building and stealing walls, making a huge impact on multiple Fortnite Champion Series with his previous team Misfits Gaming. Fans can still see Clix on awesome montages full of intense consecutive kills and Victory Royales.

NRG shows great dedication to realize its ambitions. After signing high profile player Dominick “UnknownxArmy” Green, the organization did it again. Fortnite fans believe that NRG might have the best roster solely based on pure talent. Clix will be joining Williams “Zayt” Aubin, Ben “Edgey” Peterson, Unknown, Shane “EpikWhale” Cotton, and Benjy “BenjyFishy” David Fish.

NRG also broke esports news with Clix’s announcement video. Shaquille O’Neal has invested a lot in NRG and the organization decided to welcome Clix with a video narrated by the basketball legend himself.

High ambition requires dedication and the right amount of resources. NRG spent a great deal of energy and money to gather such a roster. Now, NRG Fortnite players must create the perfect environment by honing teamwork and gaining experience together.
