ThriveFantasy partners with Envy Gaming for fantasy esports betting

Esports organization Envy Gaming just announced its strategic partnership with ThriveFantasy, a notable fantasy esports betting platform.

Envy Gaming x Thrive Partnership

The new partnership is the first major entry of the betting brand into esports. And for Team Envy, a top esports organization with award-winning teams, ThriveFantasy will be Envy’s official daily fantasy esports platform. Because the esports organization holds competitive teams in over five major titles, a large audience is expected to quickly use the platform.

In regards to the partnership’s specifics, ThriveFantasy will now become Team Envy’s exclusive fantasy esports partner in a multi-year contract. It also helps both partners immensely. For ThriveFantasy, Envy will cross-brand and promote the brand across its esports teams. For Envy, fans streaming its teams’ matches and tournaments can access a 360-degree engagement platform to accompany the games. A Discord bot will also actively post about esports props and live in-game stats to Envy’s Discord server.

“We know gaming fans crave interactive experiences that can bring them closer to their favorite players and teams – and that is exactly what ThriveFantasy is powering with their focus on a fantasy esports ecosystem and prop betting,” Adam Rymer, CEO at Envy said.

ThriveFantasy Jumps in Esports

The betting platform is the perfect step for esports to take its stand. The genre of competitive gaming is already making its way into the mainstream as betting continues to grow. Now with ThriveFantasy, a notable fantasy sports and betting platform, Envy Gaming looks to take advantage of the growing market.

Before this, ThriveFantasy worked with top athletes and traditional sports teams. The company lets users choose simple over/unders to keep things easier and better engage fans. Ever since it recently expanded into the esports realm, it caught the eyes of many. So far, it offers services in CS:GO, League of Legends, and Dota 2. More esports titles are planned for the future, especially following this partnership with Envy Gaming.

“Team Envy is the perfect partner for ThriveFantasy,” Adam Weinstein, Founder and CEO of ThriveFantasy said. “Not only has Envy proven themselves as winners with several championships across major gaming titles, but they have one of the most loyal and passionate fanbases in North America. We look forward to pushing further into esports and becoming the go-to fantasy platform for the esports community with great team partners like Envy.”

Right now, Envy Gaming owns top teams in CS:GO, Halo, Rocket League, VALORANT, Overwatch League team Dallas Fuel, and Call of Duty League champion Dallas Empire. With COVID-19 shutting down most live events, companies quickly began moving to esports where events are still as strong, if not stronger, than before. The growth of betting in esports thanks to Team Envy and ThriveFantasy will certainly be seen.
