TSM announces Two New players to Fortnite roster

With the Fortnite Championship Series starting up, North American esports organization Team SoloMid announced two new additions to their Fortnite roster. This includes Emad “EmadGG” Nasif and Theo “Crue” Ferrer. Both players have achievements on the content creation side and competitive environment.

TSM New 2 Fortnite Players

Emad “EmadGG” Nasif

Emad started his competitive Fortnite career in October of 2018 with E11 Gaming. Since then, he placed third during Week 5 of the North American Fall Skirmish Series, among other placements. He left the organization in April 2019 and pursued a career in content creation on Twitch where he currently boasts over 70,000 followers.

“TSM was always my dream org to join – I even asked Myth to try out for the team back in July 2018. When TSM reached out to me I just had a huge smile on my face,” said Emad “EmadGG” Nasif on the announcement. “It felt like I accomplished something HUGE. I’m so excited to be a part of this org and I can’t wait for what will happen next!”

Theo “Crue” Ferrer

On the other hand, Crue may seem like a newer name to the scene. Crue began his competitive Fortnite career in November of 2018. He played for organizations like CounterPoint, Silencio Esports, Granit Gaming, and the Valhalla Vikings for only a few months each. While playing for the Valhalla Vikings, Crue placed 2nd during the 2019 World Cup European Solo Qualifiers Week 9. He also placed 12th during Week 10 of the European Duo Qualifiers.

Crue went on to the 2019 Fortnite World Cup where he placed 22nd at the Duo Finals with Moussa “Chapix” Faour, earning $100,000. At the Solo Finals, he finished 6th, winning a whopping $600,000. The esport Fortnite scene will be growing more and more in the near future.

“I’m happy to join a huge organization like TSM. I look forward to competing and improving on my road to becoming the best player I can be,” wrote Theo “Crue” Ferrer on the reveal. “I can’t wait to share my journey with my followers as well. #TSMWIN”

These two players join ten others on TSM’s main roster and junior squad. How will they do at the upcoming Fortnite Champion Series featuring a $10 million prize pool? Let us know in the comments!
