Twitch and Subway team up for SUBtember

The popular streaming platform announced their partnership with Subway for this year’s September SUBtember.

Originally introduced in 2017, the special month allows viewers to show more support for the streamers they follow. From September 3 to the 24, Twitch is offering a 50-percent discount on all-new tier-one subscriptions made on a web browser or the desktop app.

Now users only pay half the amount and streamers still receive the full value of the subscription. Subscribed viewers get chat emotes, a subscriber badge, and ad-free viewing at half the cost.

There’s no reported limit on how many times a user can subscribe to streamers using the discount.

Subway also announced its own new Twitch channel. They plan to gift subscriptions throughout Twitch, and offer a 10% bonus increase on any Bits or Cheers spent on any Affiliate or Partner channel.

Be aware that after SUBtember is over, any subscription renewals will be paid at full price. SUBtember will also not available for Twitch mobile.

Keep an eye out for the Esportz Network stream as they give away subscriptions to viewers.
