ZenSports signs casino deal for Colorado expansion

Sports betting app ZenSports announced yesterday that it signed an exclusive deal with Boulter Developments for a new Colorado casino location. Boulter plans to open a new casino in Central City, Colorado and made the app its exclusive online sports betting skin partner.

The sports betting marketplace app operated internationally since March 2019 and looks to quickly expand in the US. Through Boulter Developments, which will soon open a new casino later in 2021, ZenSports has another solid entry into US sports betting. After this casino gets approved for a master license, ZenSports will apply for a license as a sports betting operators and for internet sports betting at the Colorado Division of Gaming. Most notably about this new relationship is that the agreement will last for the next 15 years and is exclusive.

So far, ZenSports already shared its expansion efforts into Nevada last year through a deal with Strategic Gaming Management. This let the team acquire Big Wheel Casino and truly settle in Nevada. Processes continue to be finalized and they will receive a non-restricted gaming license for the state within 6 months. With the addition of a Colorado facility, this growth promises even more potential in the long run.

Sports and esports betting continues to gather attention and grow internationally. Surprisingly, notable brands in esports like Envy Gaming are looking into the betting marketplace too. Another company looking to join the betting scene is no surprise but one that’s seeing success like ZenSports is. In fact, the company was valued at $8 million and even raised $1.5 million in seed funding last September.

There are clearly big moves happening for ZenSports and an exclusive 15 year casino deal with Boulter Sports shows great potential. Fans will need to wait for more news as the sports betting app takes over. For now, the app can be downloaded on the Android and Apple stores but users cannot bet just yet in the US.
